Forcing an 11 year old girl to endure a full pregnancy followed by giving birth to a child that would then have to spend its life coming to terms with the appalling circumstances of its conception would be morally disgusting and indefensible. It is terrible that a belief system as widely spread as catholocism can so dehumanise its adherents, that they are blind to the suffering of the girl, the potential child, and can imagine that an insensate early foetus is equivalent to a living child.
